The MLB Postseason is still in full swing, and with the Tampa Bay Rays and Philadelphia Phillies on the brink of reaching the World Series, most Mets are pretty miserable.
It's bad enough that former Mets phenom Scott Kazmir will take the mound on Thursday to try to put his team into their first-ever Fall Classic, but having the Phillies reach the championship round is probably a lot harder to stomach. My guess is that while many "Metsomanaics" will be keeping one eye on the rest of the playoffs, the other eye is scanning the sports pages and various baseball websites for any shred of information they can get.
