On July 10th at Yankees fans and baseball enthusiasts will have the rare opportunity to see Don Larsen’s perfect game, to be shown for the first time in New York City since the game was playedReelSportsFan.com, in conjunction with Rare Sportsfilms Inc., is proud to host a special screening at The B.B. King Blues Club, showing the only known copy of Game 5 of the 1956 World Series.  Prior to the viewing of the game there will be an appearance and discussion with Baseball Hall of Fame Broadcaster Bob Wolff who called the play-by-play on radio for Larsen’s perfect game nearly 52 years ago.  Mark Healey of Gotham Baseball Magazine will serve as the Master Of Ceremonies for the event.

WHEN:  Thursday July 10th at 6:00pm, doors open at 5:30pm.
WHERE:  BB King Blues Club and Grill, 237 West 42nd Street in the heart of Times Square in New York City.

Running time of the film is approximately 2 hours consisting of the game broadcast beginning in the top of the 2nd inning through the final out, including all original commercials, as it aired on October 8, 1956.
